Our Story
We believe that pizza can be a force for good. Our journey began with a simple idea: to create delicious pizzas that nourish both people and the planet. We started by planting our own organic garden, nurturing the soil with care and cultivating the freshest ingredients for our handcrafted pizzas.
From the moment we harvested our first ripe tomato to the day we fired up our wood-burning oven, we knew we were on a path to something special. We source our flour from local mills, partner with nearby farmers for seasonal produce, and use compostable packaging whenever possible. We're committed to reducing our environmental footprint and supporting sustainable practices at every step of the way.
Handcrafted from scratch
We believe that the best pizza is made with care and attention to detail. That's why we craft every pizza from scratch, starting with our signature dough made from certified organic flour. Our skilled pizzaiolos (pizza makers) hand-toss each crust, ensuring a perfect balance of crispy and chewy. We then top our pizzas with the freshest, most flavorful ingredients, many of which are grown right here on our farm. Finally, we bake each pizza to perfection in our wood-fired oven, creating a symphony of flavors and textures that's sure to delight.

My go to vegan pizza place. The crust is vegan and they have nondairy cheese. There's probably some cross contamination but if you're alright with that this place can't be beat.
This beautiful work of art is my dinner. It is just how I requested it. This is The Caspian, thin crust, add bell peppers and ranch swirl. I did not know they don't charge for additional toppings or extra of a topping. I will be back!
